Job Description

To help us to provide the very best service, we are looking for a Quality & Development Assistant to join us.

 

Job purpose & Training:

To ensure all staff meet high quality standards and comply with Company procedures and regulatory requirements; and to provide appropriate feedback and training in order to aid their professional development.

  • Monitor and assess the quality and compliance of calls/jobs
  • Investigate calls/jobs on behalf of other departments
  • Hold training/developmental meetings with Control Centre staff
  • Organise one-on-one mentoring where required

The successful candidate will undertake the same period of training given to new Control Centre staff in order to learn the procedures required by the company. Additional training will then be given to provide the skills needed to fulfil the role of Quality & Development Assistant.

Salary:

The salary is dependent on age:

  • 16 to 20 - £6.56 p/h
  • 21 to 22 - £8.36 p/h
  • 23+ - £8.91 p/h

Essential skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Quality role ideally preferred but not essential
