The majority of our staff are currently working from home. Incoming mail/packages delivered by post are therefore unlikely to be processed quickly. All non-emergency helplines (including direct dials) are being diverted to a central switchboard.
All customers requiring roadside assistance should be unaffected and should continue to call our emergency helplines to report a claim.
