Misfuel Assistance

An estimated 150,000 motorists add the wrong fuel to their vehicle each year. Not only do they waste money on the incorrect fuel, it usually costs in excess of £200 to have the fuel system drained, which can cost substantially more if the vehicle is taken to a main dealer.

Call Assist has developed a dedicated network which, where possible, drains and flushes the fuel tank as well as the system at the side of the road. Alternatively we will recover the vehicle to an appropriate repairer where the remedial action can take place. Economies of scale allow Call Assist to pass on the savings to our customers and offer a very cost effective solution for a very frequent problem.
