1.INSURANCE
- 1.1.The Recovery Operator shall maintain in force the following insurance cover:
  - 1.1.1.Public liability insurance with a minimum limit of £5,000,000
  - 1.1.2.Cover for
  - - a)Premises used by The Recovery Operator including loss or damage by fire, lightning and explosion and any other risks against which it would be prudent to insure.
    - b)Vehicles and equipment including loss or damage by fire, lightning and explosion.
  - 1.1.3.Cover for damage, interference with and theft of Vehicles and property with a minimum limit of £250,000. If a specific Incident may involve a value exceeding this, The Recovery Operator shall arrange appropriate cover.
  - 1.1.4.Motor vehicle insurance including a minimum of £5,000,000 for third party damage and carriage of passengers.
  - 1.1.5.Insurance under the Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 and the Road Traffic Act 1972 and any subordinate legislation made hereunder.
  - 1.1.6.Any other insurance cover that a prudent Recovery Operator would maintain.
- 1.2. Call Assist does not represent that the insurance specified above will necessarily be adequate to protect The Recovery Operator. The purchase of appropriate insurance by The Recovery Operator shall not release The Recovery Operator from its obligations or liabilities (including, but not limited to, indemnities) under this Agreement.
- 1.3.The Recovery Operator shall provide Call Assist with copies of its Insurance Policies on renewal and at any other time on reasonable request.
